Purchases from Authorized Retailers

If you purchased your TPS Hockey product from an authorized dealer, please refer directly to that retailer’s return policy before completing your order. Their terms and conditions may vary.

Purchases from the Official TPS Hockey Website

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return:

· The product must be unused

· All original packaging, tags, and stickers must be intact

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance until the item is received, inspected and approved at our facility.

Once approved, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

TPS HOCKEY STICK WARRANTY CLAIM

To start your claim, you will be required to have images of you original receipt, images of your serial numbers and images of the breakage. It is recommended that you prepare the pictures in advance of starting the claim. Please note that any claims that are not in compliance with our warranty parameters, will be denied.

TPS Response & Genesis Hockey Sticks as well as TPS Hockey Glove claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, while TPS Pro Stock Hockey Sticks (only sold on the official TPS Hockey Website) claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery date listed by the courier or within 30 days if the additional 23-day extended warranty was purchased.

If the specific stick or glove model is unavailable, TPS Hockey may offer an equivalent replacement option based on model and price point of the original stick or gloves.
